Logging into the Portal

Before you can work with applications, Leads, or servicing tools, you need to log into the Ascent Portal.

You'll use the same portal whether you're reviewing applications, managing servicing tasks, or configuring settings. Your role determines which features you can access.

How to Log In

  1. Go to the Ascent login URL. This will typically be:

https://app.ascentplatform.io

If you're unsure of your login URL, contact your system administrator or Ascent support.

  1. Enter your login credentials

  • Email: Your work email address for staff access, or the email address you used when registering as a member.

  • Password: Provided by your system administrator or set when you received your welcome email.

  1. Click Continue

  2. First-time users may be asked to:

    • Set a new password

    • Confirm your email address

    • Accept usage terms

Password Reset

If you've forgotten your password:

  • Click the Forgot Password link on the login page

  • Enter your email address

  • You'll receive a password reset link by email. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

Troubleshooting

If you're unable to log in:

  • Confirm you're using the correct login URL

  • Verify your email and password are correct

  • Try resetting your password

  • Contact Ascent Support at [email protected]
